Hello.
This question has been coming in our inboxes a lot… Our short answer is “No”. The long answer would be something a bit more like “Create your own festival in your own town!” but essentially we have been very busy and overwhelmed and sometimes it’s just really hard to deal with this kind of request.
We start discussing our festivals months, sometimes a whole year in advance. Mostly what we intend to do is curate something that features friends/bands/artists we don’t see enough of and would like to have around. By the time a new performer asks us if they can play, we are often at our least receptive to new things, since we’re already swamped with logistics and planning.
If playing this festival is your life dream, follow these three easy steps (in order): Make good music. Move to Anacortes. Become our friend.
